Dear Supporter,
I am writing
on behalf of the Ferris Senior All-Nighter (SAN) Committee to ask for your help
and support of our annual Wine Gala/Auction Night, April 21, 2018. This event
brings many community members and parents together for an evening of great
auction fun! We expect over 200 people to attend this event.
The proceeds
of our efforts will fund the annual alcohol
and drug free graduation event for the senior students at Ferris High School in
Spokane, Washington. The SAN event is a safe place for the
graduates to celebrate the culmination of their high school years. The parents of the 2018 graduates spend much
time and effort towards fundraising for this celebration.
A donation
of a gift card or merchandise to use in our auction, or as a senior prize, is
an excellent opportunity to reach many families in our community while
supporting education and drug and alcohol free events. In return for your
generosity, your business will be recognized at the Wine Gala and on our PTG site. Please know that all contributions will
positively impact our senior students. Moreover, all contributions are
tax-deductible as Ferris PTG is a non-profit section 501(c)3 tax-exempt
organization.
May we count on your help? Please contact Barb Anzivino at
509-475-1051 or send
an email to jackincampbell@comcast.net
with any
questions or to arrange for one of our PTG members to pick up your donation at
your convenience. Donations may also be dropped
off at the main office or mailed directly to Ferris High School, c/o FERRIS
SAN, 3020 E. 37th Avenue, Spokane, WA 99223. Please be sure to submit
your donation no later than April 10th to ensure proper recognition at the
event.
Thank you in
advance for your support and for your thoughtful consideration of our request.
Sincerely,
SAN 2018 Chairs, Jacki Campbell 509-570-6565
or Suzanne O’Neil 509-789-0318.
